RETURNS - no questions asked
You may return any item within 2 weeks (from day of shipping), provided that
• the item is in it’s original packaging,
• has not been used – and is
• in a sellable condition.
We will refund in full post-inspection.
Courier costs back to us (incl risk of intransit breakages) are carried by the customer.
INTRANSIT BREAKAGES
All products are checked before they leave our premises.
On receiving your parcel, please check all goods and report any damages to us via email - and within 14 days (from day of shipment).
In your report/email, please provide us with
• a short description of the damage
• a clear photo of the damaged product and – if applicable
• a photo of the packaging (if damage to packaging is visible)
• the invoice
We will be in contact with you and either refund in full OR post new goods to you.

Whilst we try to make as few mistakes as possible - and have several controls along the way of manufacture, there is the possibility that something slipped our attention.
If anything looks like it shouldn’t be that way, please send us a photo of the item and a description of the issue and we will respond appropriately.
Please remember that Candelahs as well as most of our accessories are handmade. Small irregularities are part of their character.
